Terms of Service

1. The service

Asterionyx, operated by CUBE CJ SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., provides managed, prepaid access to an OpenAI-compatible AI API via a single API key and Base URL, using a set of curated Asterionyx model aliases.

We may improve, change, or rebalance what runs behind each alias to maintain quality and availability. Your integration targets the alias, not any specific underlying model.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

3. Credits and payment

The service is prepaid. You recharge Credits in advance by creating an order in EUR and paying using the provided reference.

Payments are confirmed manually. Credits are added to your account after we verify the payment, as a separate step. Receipts are sent by email.

Unpaid orders expire automatically after 24 hours. We do not make automatic or recurring charges.

Credits do not expire on a schedule; they remain available while your account is active and in good standing (see Acceptable use). Credits are not redeemable for cash.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or in ways that disrupt or abuse the platform.

We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security or abuse risk.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is".
