Model pricing

Customer Credit prices are published from the same billing rules used for deductions. Token-billed models show input, output, and cached-input prices where applicable; request-billed models show one price per request.

How Credits work

Every API request draws from your prepaid Credits. The recharge rule is a fixed EUR-to-Credits ratio. When your Credits run low, you create a recharge order on your own schedule — nothing is ever charged automatically.

Drawn per request

Every API call deducts Credits based on what it actually uses — nothing more.

Fixed 1:1 rule

1 EUR always adds exactly 1 Credit. This is a fixed pricing rule, not an exchange rate.

Recharge anytime

Recharge whenever it suits you — no schedule, no lock-in, no surprises.

Fixed pricing rule: the EUR-to-Credits ratio is published with current order limits.

What prepaid means for you

No meters running in the background — you decide the amount and the timing.

  • No subscriptions

No monthly fees and no automatic charges. You recharge only when it suits you.

  • Confirmed before Credits are added

Card payments can confirm automatically. Bank transfers are confirmed manually. Credits are added as a separate step after the order is marked paid.

  • Remain while you are in good standing

Credits remain available while your account is active and in good standing. The unpaid-order window is not a Credit-balance expiry.

  • Always in control

See the rate, remaining Credits, and a usage summary with a last-updated time in the portal, and recharge on your own schedule.

How a recharge works

Recharging is a deliberate two-step process: payment is confirmed, then Credits are added as a separate, audited action. That separation is the point, not an afterthought.

Create a recharge order

In the portal, choose your amount in EUR and create a recharge. You get a Recharge ID for tracking and clear payment instructions right away.

Use the Payment Reference

Copy the exact Payment Reference shown under How to Pay into your transfer, so we can match it to the correct recharge.

Confirmation, then Credits

Card payments can confirm automatically; bank transfers are confirmed manually. After the order is marked paid, Credits are added as a separate step. A receipt is then sent to your account email with the matching Recharge ID.

Unpaid order expiry

Pending orders that are not paid within 24 hours close automatically — just create a fresh one whenever you’re ready. That window applies to the unpaid order, not to remaining Credits.

Adding Credits is a separate audited step after an order is marked paid. Unpaid orders expire after 24 hours — Credits you already have do not disappear.
